What's Call Back?
Call back is a method of making low cost Local or International calls using state of the ART SERVICEs.
3 step process
Stage 1 - Instead of calling your friends directly, you have to dial this no +65 64949052.
Stage 2 - Your call will be dropped and the server will call you back. Listen to the operator and dial your friend's no followed by #.
Stage 3 - The server will redirect your call to your friend and you can start talking from then on.
What happened?
Well basicly this service will re-route your calls from your phone service to the Call Back Server. Once your call is dropped in Stage 2, you have no worries about an exploding bill because you are not calling from Singtel, Starhub or M1 services anymore.
Once the server calls you back and you start calling your friend from there, you will be charged according to the rates given by OSMS.

Cheap & affordable calls
Save up to 70% of your monthly phone bills.
Calls are deducted at 30 secs block. It means that if you talked less than 30 seconds, you will be only charge SGD $0.03 instead of $0.06.

For this particular month in July 08, this user used up 500 mins of calls
On average, non free outgoing calls are charged at $0.16
Outgoing 400 mins (Not Free): 400 x $0.16 = $64.00
Total Bill: $29.00 + $64.00 = $ 93.00
If you use OSMS service: 400 x $0.06 = $24.00
Total Bill: $29.00 + $24.00 = $ 53.00

Do I need to get a new SIM CARD for this service?
No. You dont. In order to use our services, you need to have an existing SINGTEL/STARHUB/M1 Line.
This is an extension service. You may consider using prepaid cards.
Do we get free SMS or FREE Incoming Service?
No. You dont. Our advice is for you to have and existing
line which is required of you. Use this service for call outs so that you can maximise your phone services.
Are there any monthly bills paid to us?
No. There are no monthly bills being paid to you. Similar to using pre-paid cards, you are required to top up your account once your credits are low.
How do I top up my credits?
For each member that sign up. You are given an ID and password to enter the member's website where you can top up your credit online
using credit cards.
You can also do a Bank Transfer to OSMS Corporate Account.
Please call our staff once you have made payment.

Otherwise, you can come to our office to purchase the credits
using Cash or NETS .
